| 摘 要： | 在研制试验台的基础上，总结了试验台的振动控制措施是：提高系统刚度，提高安装稳定度，采用无间隙弹片联轴器，提高油压、电气系统的抗振性，采用有效的缓冲装置，保证试验台整机制造精度．控制噪声的措施是：鉴别噪声源，分析噪声源位置及声级，采取措施减少噪声

| Abstract: | This paper studies the control of the vibration and noise in test installation for diesed jet pump. It presents six steps to control the vibration: improve toughness of system, improve stability of the installation, use non-clearance spring-flake axis jiont, improve anti-vibration of hydraulic presse and electric system, use effeetive cushioning device, and ensure precision of the installation. And it presents three steps to control the noise: distinguish noise source, analyse location and level of noise source, and decrease noise. It has been proved that thess steps are extremely effective in practice. |
