激光诱导化学气相合成纳米微粉的物理化学模型

摘    要:针对激光低压化学气相合成纳米微粉材料的过程建立了物理化学统一模型,其中包括气体分子动力学、化学反应热力学和流体动力学三部分.分别介绍了模型的基本假设、基本公式及主要结论.描述了反应物分子的热运动状态,提出了激光强度阈值的预测方法,给出了生成物颗粒的成核速率、生长速率和最终粒径.模型对进一步揭示纳米微粉生成过程的物理化学机制,寻找宏观工艺参量对微观合成过程及所制备纳米微粉性质的影响规律有实际意义.

Abstract:A unite physicochemical model for laser chemical vapor synthesis process of nanosized powder at low pressure is set up,which includes three parts: molecular gas kinetics model,chemical reactive thermodynamics model and hydrodynamics model.The elementary assumptions,basic formulae and main conclusions for three parts are respectively given.The thermal movement of reactant molecules is described.The calculating method for the threshold of laser intensity is advanced.The nucleus forming rate,the volume-growing rate and the critical radius of a nucleus are given.It is significant for the models to explain the microcosmic mechanism of nanosized powder synthesis and describe the influence of macrocosmic technological parameters on the microcosmic synthesis process and the characters of nanosized powders.
