基于序关系确定成熟度评价指标权重的简易法

成熟度模型在组织管理中得到广泛应用,成熟度评价指标权重的确定是成熟度评价的关键问题,针对评价过程中求指标权重难的特点,给出了一个基于序关系确定成熟度评价指标体系指标权重的简易方法,并设计定序一权值汇总表简化操作和计算过程.在确定成熟度评价指标权重时,与常用的AHP等方法相比,该方法直观易用,对指标个数没有限制,具有保序性,计算量少,并且无须检验一致性,非常适合在线成熟度评价系统的开发.

A simple method of determining the index weight of maturity evaluation based on order relation

Maturity model has been widely applied in the organization management . To determine the index weight is a key issue in maturity evaluation. Considering the difficulty of acquiring index weight in evaluation process, a simple method of determining index weight of maturity evaluation based on order relation is proposed, and this paper designs order-weight table to simplify operation process. In determining the maturity evaluation index weights, compared with the commonly used method such as AHP, this simple method being intuitive to use, no limit on the number of indica-tors, having the rank preservation, computing less, and no need to test consistency, very suitable for development of online maturity evaluation system.
