高分辨率SS型摄像管伪信号的成因及防止

摘    要:该文研究了高分辨率SS型摄像管伪信号产生的原因。认为由靶返回的电子束轰击栅极G_2产生反射电子束再轰击靶面而形成伪信号。消除伪信号可在栅极G_2上设计偏转反射束R_2的电极板,也可在栅极G_2前增加反射R_2的电极板。

Abstract:Contributing factor of pseudo-signal of high resolutionSS type camera tubes with pattern yokes is studied in this paper. It isconsidered that the pseudo-signal is formed when electron beam com-ing from target bombards grid G_2, producing reflecting electron beam.To prevent pseudo-signal,reflecting electron beam electrode plate canbe designed at top of the grid G_2 and/or deflecting electron beam elec-trode plate can be placed at front part of the gred G_2.
