摘    要:利用预沉池模型试验装置,对兰州精煤粉进行水力分选。分析表明,该池结构合理,布水均匀,流速递减,利于颗粒分选,在控制来流等条件下,通过管阀对分选落淤的颗粒定时排放,可以获得稳定的分砂效果。经计算配砂,最终配置出与设计相吻合的6组共4t模型砂。

Abstract:In order to ensuring the accuracy of the simulation test in movable-bed model,it is necessary to classify and remingle the sand which deviates from the grading requirement. Sand classification,however,is of great difficulty ,especially when dealing with the products with a great amount of fine sand. It is hard to obtain satisfactory results,even if great effort is made. The writer has carried out the classification of coal powder using the presettling simulation pool (PSP), the results show that:structure of PSP is reasonable, the distribution of water flow is in uniformity,the flow velocity decreases gradually ,favorating the classification of powder. With a controlled input stream and the falling sludge in PSP being regularly drained off through the valve,a stable result of powder classification can be obtained. And finally,six groups of products of model sand with total weight of four ton are made up,which have the predeterminated grading.
