| 摘 要： | 平衡计分卡是一个衡量、评价企业的综合计分指标体系；是一系列财务绩效衡量指标与非财务绩效衡量指标的综合体；更是一种管理方法；其注意力主要放在企业组织战略目标的实现方面。本介绍了平衡计分卡在某个企业的具体应用流程，给出合理建议。
