高职院校军事理论课现状调查及对策研究——基于福建省12所高职院校的调查

通过问卷调查、深度访谈和观摩听课等形式进行调研,分析了军事理论教学中存在的课程定位模糊,教研室建设缺失,师资配置随意,教材、教室、场地、器材、经费等教学基础条件保障不到位等问题。立足于改进、建设和发展的视角,提出了明晰课程定位,强化教研室教学科研职能,科学配置和培养军事教师,重视教学保障等针对性措施,以提高军事理论课质量,推动军事理论教学体系建设和教学改革。

Research on Current Situation and Countermeasures of Military Theory Course in Higher Vocational Colleges

Through the questionnaire survey,depth interview and observation of lectures and other investigation forms,the paper analyzes several problems existing in the teaching of military theory,including vague orientation of the course,the lack of the teaching and research center construction,the informal allocation of teachers,and the inadequate of basic teaching conditions.In order to change and improve the situation,it puts forward some countermeasures,such as making clear the position,strengthening the teaching function of the scientific research department,scientifically allocating and training teachers,and emphasizing the guarantee of the teaching work.
