综放面采空区遗煤自然发火特性研究

摘    要:综放面采空区的自然发火规律有其自身的特殊性.针对山东东山矿业集团古城煤矿850米采深的综放面采空区,利用光纤光栅温度传感器连续对采空区温度变化进行了92天,走向195 m长的跟踪测试.同时在温度传感器埋设处,又敷设了四路气体抽样束管,连续对采空区的气样成分进行了不间断的分析化验.获得了整个采空区氧气和温度变化变异区和不稳定区,并且分析了高温和低氧区的一些变化规律,对预防煤炭自然发火和促进安全生产有一定指导意义.

Abstract:Characteristic of spontaneous combustion in the gob of fully mechanized top-coal carving face is special. According to the gob of fully mechanized top-coal carving face, 850 meters in carving depth, in Gucheng coal mine of Shandong Dongshan Mining Group, the temperature changing process in the gob has been observed for 92 days with fiber grating temperature sensors. Meanwhile, in the place where we lay temperature sensors, another four gas sampling beam tube have been fixed to analyze the gas ingredient in the gas sample. The variability zone and the instability zone of oxygen concentration and temperature in the entire gob have been elicited. In addition, the analysis has been made on rules of the high temperature and low oxygen zone, which can guide preventing and controlling coal self-ignition and promote work safety.
