钙制剂的化学活性和生物学活性

摘    要:用电化学方法研究了钙制剂的化学活性,通过钙在大鼠肠内吸收特性的研究,证明了化学活性和生物学活性的一致性。两者对钙剂评价结果完全一致。实验结果表明,活性钙具有出色的离子化百分率,其活性远远高于其它钙制剂。不同工艺生产的活性钙,其活性基本相同。和传统的“代谢法”相比,本方法不仅具有快速、准确等特点,而且不必通过人体或动物实验,就可以得到满意的结果。

Abstract:The chemical activity of calcium preparations were studied by electrochemical method The consistency of chemical and biological activity has been confirmed by studing the intestinal calcium absorbability of rats The same result was obtained, whether chemical activity or biological activity was used as the criterion It was found that active calcium contains much more ionized calcium than that of other calcium preparations The activities of calcium preparations prepared by different technology are roughly the same In comparison with metabolic method, the electrochemical method is fast and accurate, and can get satisfactory result with out making experiment in human body or animals
