| Abstract: | The current status of the new energy industy in Hebei and the progresses of the Hebei new energy industry being declared to the CDM projects of the National Development and Reform Commission are introduced in this paper.It focus the role of CDM in the Hebei new energy industry.It has been proposed that the CDM can promote the development of new energy industrial in our province. |
