生物传感器及其在传染病检测中的应用

摘    要:传统传染病的死灰复燃及新传染病的不断出现和爆发不但威胁着人类健康,而且给国家经济和社会稳定造成严重的冲击。因此,发展快速、灵敏、方便、准确的确认病原体的检测技术,控制传染病传播和实现疾病早期诊断十分重要。基于生命科学和信息科学交叉发展起来的生物传感器,在传染病检测中具有快速、灵敏、准确、高效、设备便携和成本低等优点。本文介绍了生物传感器的基本原理和种类,以电化学、光学、压电式生物传感器为代表简述了其在传染病检测方面的应用,指出了生物传感器的缺点和不足,并提出其今后的发展趋势和应用前景。

Abstract:The revival of traditional infectious diseases,new infectious disease outbreak and emerging not only causes a threat to human health, but also has serious impact to national economic and social stability. It is very urgent to develop an approach to rapid, sensitive, convenient and accurate detecting to recognize pathogens and viruses, control the spread of infectious diseases and achieve early diagnosis of diseases. Biosensor developed between life science and information science, have rapid, sensitive, accurate, highly efficient, low cost and portable equipment advantages in detecting infectious diseases. In this paper, the basic principles and sorts of biosensors are introduced. The applications of electrochemical, optical, piezoelectric biosensors in infectious disease detecting are briefly summarized. Their shortcomings and deficiencies are analyzed and their development trends are discussed.
