摘    要:供过于求、激烈竞争的市场环境使得轮胎生产企业制定好经销商政策显得尤为重要。轮胎生产企业的经销商政策主要包括专营权政策、返利政策、促销政策、客户服务政策等。轮胎生产企业在制定经销商政策时常出现四大误区,在制定经销商政策时,应遵循五大原则。

Abstract:The supply exceeding the demand and the market environment full of sharp competition make it very important for tyre production enterprises to work out the dealers' policies. The dealers' policies of tyre production enterprises mainly include the policy of exclusive buying and selling right, the policy of benefit back, the policy of sales promotion, the policy of customers' service, etc. When working out the policies of dealers, the tyre production enterprises, often fall into four wrong areas, should follow five principles.
