| 摘 要： | 对皇甫川流域人工油松 (artificial Pinus tabulaeformis)林地土壤微生物的垂直分布研究结果表明 :土壤微生物生物量碳、土壤微生物总数量和好气性细菌数量依次排列为 :0～ 1 0cm>2 0～ 3 0 cm>1 0～ 2 0 cm>3 0～ 40 cm>40～ 5 0 cm;芽孢型细菌的分解转化活动强度依次为 :0～ 1 0 cm>2 0～ 3 0 cm>1 0～ 2 0 cm>3 0～ 40 cm>40～ 5 0 cm;放线菌数量依次排列为 :0～1 0 cm>1 0～ 2 0 cm=3 0～ 40 cm>2 0～ 3 0 cm>40～ 5 0 cm;真菌数量依次排列为 :0～ 1 0 cm>1 0～ 2 0 cm>2 0～ 3 0 cm>3 0～ 40 cm>40～ 5 0 cm ;纤维素分解菌数量依次排列为 :0～ 1 0 cm >1 0～ 2 0 cm=2 0～ 3 0 cm>3 0～ 40 cm>40～ 5 0 cm.研究结果显示出土壤微生物具有明显的垂直分布特性 .

| Abstract: | In the artificial Pinus tabulaeformis wood of Huang Fu chuan basin,Nei Mongol,PRC,the soil microbial number and biomass in the different depths have been determined.The results show in the following orders of vertical distribution:the microbial biomass,total microbial number, and the number both aerophile bacteria and spore forming bacteria show 0~10 cm>20~30 cm>10~20 cm>30~40 cm>40~50 cm; besides, the numbers of actinomyces is 0~10 cm>10~20 cm and 30~40 cm>20~30 cm>40~50 cm, the number of fungi is 0~10 cm>10~20 cm>20~30 cm>30~40 cm>40~50 cm and cellulolytic fungi is 0~10 cm>10~20 cm and 20~30 cm>30~40 cm>40~50 cm.As a result, the characteristic of vertical distribution in soil microbial number and biomass is obvious. |
