| Abstract: | Summary Our experiments with bilaterally nephrectomized rabbits, in contrast to experiments of other authors with dogs, demonstrated that the production of erythroblasts in the bone marrow in the absence of kidney tissues not only continues but that it can also be augmented following bleeding.
