Empirical Analysis of Factors Affecting China's House Price: A Case Study of Ji'nan City

Since the real estate become commercialized in China,the house market in Ji'nan has kept the tendency of smooth development.However,the soaring house price has become a distinct problem that inhibits the healthy development of real estate in the city and affects the social stability and the improvement of the citizens' livelihood.The fundamental measure to control the soaring house price is to force the land price onto the rational level and enhance the income level of the citizens.
