| 摘 要： | 诉前鉴定是指当事人为了提起诉讼与履行举证责任,对专门性问题委托鉴定主体进行检验、评价与判断,从而为争议问题的解决提供科学依据而从事的一项活动。在民事诉讼中,诉前鉴定对保护当事人诉讼权利、及时处理纠纷有着重要作用,应该正确看待诉前鉴定的性质。针对诉前鉴定存在的问题,应当从诉前程序、证据开示等方面加以完善。
