小型货车驾驶室模态分析与优化

摘    要:利用ANSYS有限元分析软件建立了小型货车驾驶室的三维有限元模型,对驾驶室模态特性进行了有限元分析。计算了前10阶自由模态和振型,分析了驾驶室各阶固有模态频率、振型和局部振动特性。为了使驾驶室具有更为合理的振动特性,提出了相应的结构和尺寸优化措施。

Abstract:The 3D finite element model of small vehicle cab was established,and the vibration modal characteristic was analyzed with the ANSYS finite element analysis software.Ten free modal and vibration models of the small vehicle cab were calculated.In order to have more reasonable vibration performance,the optimization measures to improve the structure and dimension are suggested.
