TiO2百微米空心球的可控制备及机理

摘    要:通过水热法成功制备了直径为100300μm的TiO2百微米球;采用SEM、TEM表征的结果显示了得到的百微米球是由大量TiO2纳米线自组装成的空心球;对TiCl4的浓度、反应温度、反应时间对产品的影响进行了研究,并讨论了TiO2百微米球的生长机理.

Study on the Controlled Fabrication and Mechanism of Hundred Microns TiO2 Hollow Sphere

Abstract:Hundred microns Ti O2 hollow sphere of the diameter ranging from 100 to 300 μm were successfully synthesized with hydrothermal method. The Ti O2 spheres are large scale self- assembled from Ti O2 nanowires with the results of SEM,TEM techniques. The affections on the products by the concentration of Ti Cl4,the reaction temperature and the reaction time were studied,and the mechanism of reactions was discussed.
