An Improved GMM and GMR Based on Particle Swarm Optimization with an Application in Extra Virgin Olive Oil Analysis

In recent years,olive oil adulteration phenomenon has become increasingly serious. Looking for a simple and effective detection method is very important. In this paper,an improved Gaussian mixture model and Gaussian mixture regression based on particle swarm combined with FT- IR spectrum was used to classify and quantify the adulteration in olive oil and has obtained a good analysis result.
