电流变离合器模拟传输装置界面优化研究

摘    要:以硅酸铝-硅油为电流变材料,通过实验研究了电流变离合器的传输特性,分析了四种不同界面条件下电流变离合器输出性能的变化及其机理,在此基础上进一步探讨了离合器界面直条数目变化和直条排列形式变化对离合器输出性能的影响。结果表明,在四种不同组合界面中,内、外壁面均加直条时,离合器输出性能较佳;随着界面直条数目的增多,离合器输出转矩提高,但直条数目过多反而不好,存在一个最佳值,本实验装置最佳值为8;直条排列形式变化对ER离合器传输性能具有复杂的影响,在同样实验条件下,四种界面形式中长短直条混排结构界面输出能力最高。

Abstract:With the aluminium silicate-silicon oil as the electro-rheological fluid(ERF),the transmission characteristics of simulated electro-rheological clutch(ERC) are studied via the experiments.The variations and mechanism of ERC output performances are analyzed in the case of different interfaces of 4 kinds,on the basis of which,the effects of changes in straight stripe numbers as well as in straight stripe arrangement patterns of the clutch interface upon the output performaces of the clutch are further discussed.The experiment results indicate that in the 4 kinds of different combination interfaces,when the straight stripes are incorporated into the inner and outer walls,the clutch output performances are the best,while with an increase in the interface straight stripe numbers,the clutch output torques are increased,but over numbers of straight stripes are not so good that there should exist a best value.The best value of this experimental device is 8.The changes in the straight stripe arrangement pattern will have the complicated effects upon ER clutch transmission performances or characteristics.In the case of same experiment conditions,the output capacity of the long and short straight stripes in mixture arrangement interface is the highest among the interface arrangements of the 4 kinds.
