摘    要:探索了隆回产富硒大米的消化条件,建立了其中微量硒的流动注射氢化物发生-原子吸收光谱测定方法.实验结果表明,每2g样品中加入6mLHNO3和2mLH2SO4可消化完全,硒元素在0 ̄0.030μg/mL范围内有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9987,平均加标回收率94.26%,RSD=3.64%,方法的检出限为1.92ng/mL,定量限为6.4ng/mL.该方法操作简便、快速,灵敏度高,应用于隆回产大米样品中硒的测定,获得满意结果.

Abstract:The digestion condition of selenium in selenium-enriched rice of Longhui county was discussed,and a flow injection-atomic absorption spectrometric method for determination of selenium was developed.The experimental results showed that per 2g sample was digested by 6 mL nitric acid and 2 mL sulphuric acid,the linear range for selenium was 0~0.030μg/mL(r=0.9987),the average recovery was 98.39%,RSD was 3.64%,the detection limit was 1.92ng/mL and the limit of quantification was 6.4ng/mL.This method is simple,rapid and has been applied to the determination of selenium in rice of Longhui with satisfactory results.
