城镇地价指数的编制方法

摘    要:城镇地价指数是反映城镇区内各类土地价格及其总体价格水平变化趋势及程度的一种重要参数,本文基于对我国地产市场的实际情况,地价自身特点及其对地价指数编制的影响等的分析,在阐述城镇地价指数的基本属性的基础上,着重对城镇地价指数的编制方法进行了探讨。

Abstract:Land price index is an important parameter showing the variation and its tendency and the degree of land prices of different kinds of land as well as the overall price level in a city or a town and, therefore, has a great importance to both land police management and land investment. In this paper, based on an analysis of the actual conditions of land market of China, the characteristics of land price and their impacts on the compiling of land price index, and the basic features of land price index of a city or a town, the methods how to compile land price index are specially discussed.
