| 摘 要： | 电子监察系统是电子政务系统中的一种，其数据的采集面对多个行政审批系统，情况复杂．文章利用XML技术设计了“数据采集代理机制”，并对其核心部件“XML-RDBMS数据转换”中间件进行了详细的阐述，实现了数据采集的灵活性和一致性，增强了系统的扩展性。

| Abstract: | Electronic supervision system is one kind of the E-government system,its data collection faces a lot of systems of administration for examining and approving,the situation is complicated.This text designed "data gather mechanism of acting as agent" by using XML technology,and exposited the "XML-RDBMS datum change" middleware detailedly,it realized flexibility and consistency of the data gathering,and strengthened systematic expansion. |
