| 摘 要： | 环境保护在实行法治的同时,要不断提高民众的环保自律意识.只有在全社会形成人人关心环境、爱护环境的良好氛围,即环保意识渗透到人们的日常生活中,环境保护成为每一个人的自觉行为,才能形成人人自觉按环保要求办事的习惯.

| Abstract: | The rule of law in environmental protection at the same time,it is necessary to continuously improve the public awareness of environmental self-regulation.Only in the formation of the entire socitety that everyone concerned with the environment,care for the environment,good atmosphere,that is ,to infiltrate the environmental awareness of people's daily life,environmental protection has become everyone's conscious behavior,everyone can consciously act according to the customary requirements of envrinmental protection. |
