刀具切削状态的多传感器信息综合法

摘    要:针对刀具切削状态的监测和识别,讨论了传感信息融合,特征信息融合和决策信息融合三个不同层次的结构,以加工过程中的负载程度给出了三种不同的监测和识别准则及结构,并以神经网络为综合过程的工具,建立了刀具切削状态的多传感器的信息综合方法,实例验证了此方法的可行性和实用性

Abstract:Describes three different structures of sensor information fusion and char-acteristic information fusion and strategic information in accordance with monitoringand identifying cutting tools states. On the condition of different load degree incutting process, three different monitoring and identifying rules and structure aregiven, Multisensor information synthesis method for monitoring cutting tools statesis established by means of artificial neural networks, Experiment and exampleshow its practicability and utilizaiton.
