| 摘 要： | 根据《河北省农村小康建设规划纳要》中河北省农村小康的具体标准,利用综合评分法建立了农村小康的综合评价模型。该模型不仅能评价出各县（市）、乡（镇）、村是否达到小康,而且可以排序,找出它们与小康的具体差距,为农村小康建设的考核,评估、验收提供了方便。

| Abstract: | Based on the criterion of being fairly well off in "The outline of the Programme of Being Fairly Well off of the Rural Areas in Hebei"we establish the comprehensive evaluation modules of being fairly well off of rural areas by the comprehesive marking method.Using these modules we can not only evaluate whether the rural areas reach the criterion or not, but also give a order of these rural areas.These modules bring convenieme for the construction,evaluation and verification of being fairly well off of rural areas in China. |
