| 摘 要： | 数字图像处理是许多领域中最具有挑战性的研究课题之一,利用V isua l Basic语言进行数字图像的处理具有简单易学、用法比较灵活、编程效率较高等特点。本文介绍一种基于VB的图像特效处理算法,并给出了部分算法在VB开发平台上的实现源代码。
