| 摘 要： | 民主集中制是我们党和国家的根本政治制度和领导制度。反对腐败是关系到党和政府生死存亡的大问题。本文尝试对各种腐败现象原因进行分析，论述了对民主集中制的破坏是导致腐败的重要原因并提出要切实采取措施，把民主集中制落到实处的４点建议。

| Abstract: | Democratic centralism is a fundamental political system of our Party and State. The struggle against corruption is of vital importance to the life and death of our Party and state. By analysing the various reasons of corruption, the author, in this paper, points out that the disruption of democratic centralism is the most important reason to cause corruption. Finally, he makes four suggestions on how to put democratic centralism into effect. |
