| 摘 要： | 综述了国内外茶学及包装研究领域对茶叶的香气物质,影响香气稳定的因素、保鲜保香新技术及相关包装材料等方面的研究进展,并在此基础上提出规模推广现有的成熟保鲜保香技术,研制开发功能性保鲜保香包装材料是今后茶叶保香包装的发展趋势.

| Abstract: | This paper overviews the domestic and international studies on the aroma components of the tea, the factors which affect the stability of the aroma, new techniques of aroma conservation and the related packing materials. The author suggests that the future trend in tea aroma conservation packing is to spread existing mature techniques of aroma conservation and explore functional packing materials and techniques. |
