| 摘 要： | 根据我国“十五”期间经济和社会发展的总体目标 ,今后几年我国民族高等教育发展总的指导思想是 :全面贯彻党的教育方针和民族政策 ,坚持质量、规模、结构、效益协调发展 ,更新教育思想观念 ,坚持教学中心地位 ,改革人才培养模式 ,优化课程体制改革 ,更新教学内容 ,改革教学方法 ,严格教学管理 ,积极推进素质教育 ,全面提高教育质量 ,为民族地区现代化建设提供高素质人才。

| Abstract: | According to the overall objectives of economic and social development in the period of Ten Fives, in the coming years the guide to developing ethnic tertiary education will be: completely carry out general and specific policies of education and nationalities of CPPCC; adhere to coordinated development of quality, scale, structure, efficiency; innovate educational thoughts; uphold educational central status; reform personnel training pattern; optimize courses system;renew teaching content;improve teaching methods;enforce teaching administration;promote quality education;improve overall quality of education to serve the construction of modernization in ethnic populated areas. |
