加强职前教师教育素质培养的思考

基础教育新课程改革的大力实施及教师专业化的进一步推进，对教师的教育素质提出了全新的、更高的要求。目前职前教师教育中传统的人才培养模式已严重滞后于社会发展的要求，以致教师的教育素质普遍不高。为此，必须改革教师教育职前阶段的教育教学，优化课程结构，实施以人的全面发展为目标的教学策略，加强职业理想的教育和教育教学能力的培养，注重职前教师优良个性的塑造，以培养适应未来社会的高素质教师。
