城市社区治理创新模式研究——以百步亭社区治理模式为例

社区是社会的基本单元,也是社会的缩影。社区治理是社会管理的微观体现,社区要想成为具有地域性的利益共同体和最有活力的城市细胞,必须在治理创新上狠下功夫。近年来,武汉市百步亭社区在开发建设理念、社区治理体制、社区志愿服务等方面进行了大胆创新,构建了以企业为主导的社区治理模式,走出了一条社区建设市场化、公共管理企业化、公共服务社会化的新路子,实现了社区的可持续发展。

On the Innovation Governance Mode of Urban Communities

Community is the basic unit of the society, and is also a microcosm of the society. Community governance is the microscopic embodiment of social management. If the community eagers to become a regional community of interests and the most vibrant cell in the city, it must make great efforts on the governance innovation. In recent years, Wuhan Baibuting community has carried on the bold in- novation in the development and construction ideas, systems of community governance and community volunteer services. Establish the community governance mode dominated by enterprises, and walk out a new road of market - oriented community building, entrepre- neurial public management and public service socialization so as to achieve the sustainable development of the community.
