DILD英语教师培训模式实验研究

摘    要:采用DILD英语教师培训模式开展小学英语教师培训的实验情况,主要从该培训模式的研究背景、理论支撑、操作方式、实验过程和实验结果等方面阐述,论证DILD英语教师培训模式的针对性、实践性、实效性和发展性等特点,旨在探索有效的英语教师培训模式,为开展中小学英语教师培训提供借鉴和启示。

Abstract:This paper describes the experiment which uses DILD English teacher training model to train primary school English teach- ers. It includes the description of such aspects as the research background, theoretical support, operation mode, the experimental process and the results of the experiment, and the demonstration of the characteristics of the model's relevance, practicality, effective- ness and expansibility, with a view to exploring an effective English teacher training model and providing reference and inspirations for training English teacher of primary and middle schools.
