Analysis on the Balance Between Media Public Opinion and Justice

Media public opinion and justice are two important values in modern society. The power of media can undoubtedly promote the democratic process of China while justice is conducive to the establishment of equal and just order. Along with the modernization process of China, the media has amazing progress in terms of the amount of information and speed, and it can supervise the judicial re- suits and even the judicial process. However, the discordance and contradictions between media and justice are becoming increasingly obvious. The relation between the two should be balanced so as to promote the realization of social justice.
