非接触法利用牛顿圈测量透镜的曲率半径

摘    要:用非接触法测量透镜的曲率半径,可以避免透镜与标准件接触对透镜表面造成的损伤,有利于提高精密仪器的制造精度。用CCD接收图像,由计算机进行条纹判读和数据处理,更可大大提高测量精度,并且适用于大批量器件的快速检测。

Abstract:To measure the curvature radius of lens by using noncontact method can avoid the damnification to the surface of lens when contacting with the standard parts, consequently can enhance the measuring precision. Receiving pictures by CCD, and deciphering the interference fringes and processing data by computers can enhance the measuring precision enormously, in addition be the same with quick testing of devices in large volumes.
