16MnR钢埋弧焊缝冲击性能分析

摘    要:针对16MnR钢埋弧焊焊缝夏比V型缺口冲击值偏低的问题,对焊缝试样的化学成分、宏观断口、显微组织、SEM断口等进行了一系列试验分析,发现焊缝夹杂是引起16MnR钢焊缝冲击值偏低的主要原因.在探讨了焊缝夹杂的形成机理和影响因素后,提出了改进措施,并在实际生产中收到了较好的效果。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the impact capabilities of the Charpy V- notch specimens welded by submerged arc welding(SAW) were low,a serious of tests were conducted,such as analyzing the composition of weld,observing the microstructure of the weld as wel as the SEM test of the fragments. It was found that the inclusion in the weld was the primary reason for low impact values. After investigation of the forming mechanism and influencing factors of the inclusion,the improved way was proposed and subsequently the better result was got in real production.
