以三乙胺催化合成抗氧剂丙烯酰茶多酚酯及光谱分析

摘    要:目的以乙酸乙酯为溶剂,三乙胺为催化剂合成抗氧剂丙烯酰茶多酚酯。方法利用酰化法合成含有活泼双键,可直接嵌入高分子结构中的抗氧剂。结果最佳工艺条件为:n(茶多酚):n(丙烯酰氧):n(三乙胺)=0.1:0.115:0.3,反应温度为50℃,反应时间为2h,产率61.3%。目标物的FTIR为:3353.77,2983.92,2847.34,1 700.93,1612.12,1518.28,1448.63,1239.58cm^-1。UV为256.50,259.5,275.50,289.50nm。结论三乙胺是丙烯酰茶多酚酯合成的良好催化剂。

Abstract:Aim Antioxidants polypropylene acyl tea polyphenols esters are synthesized by acylation with ethyl acetate as solvent, triethylamine as catalyst. Methods An antioxidant, containing active double bonds can be inserted into structure of the polymers. Results The optimum conditions are tea polyhenols , acryloyl chloride and triethylamine in molar ratio 1 : 1.15 : 3, reacted at 50 ℃ for 2 hours,the yield is 61.3% The product's FTIR 3 353.77, 2 983.92, 2 847.34, 1 700.93, 1 612.12, 1 518.28, 1 448.63, 1 239.58 cm^- 1;UV:256.50, 259.50, 275.50, 289.50 nm. Conclusion Triethylamine is a good catalyst for synthesizing acrylhydrazine tea polyphenols.
