| 摘 要： | 文章通过实证测算西部农村人力资本存量构成与农业经济增长的关系,认为农村人力资本存量的文化程度和农业经济增长呈反比。这主要是由于高学历、高素质的西部农村劳动力无法在传统的农业生产上体现出优势。西部大量低素质的农村剩余劳动力在实际测算中也挤占了高素质的农村人力资本对农业经济增长的贡献。为了改变这种局面,需要对农村劳动力进行职业技能培训教育。
