| 摘 要： | 西部民族地区整体经济发展水平不仅滞后于全国平均水平,而且大大低于东部地区。恶劣的生态环境,保守的思想观念,落后的农业经济,素质较低的人口构成了西部民族地区经济发展的障碍。为促进西部民族地区经济发展,合理的对策思路有:生态环境建设与保护;转变思想观念,鼓励创新思维;发展现代农牧业,实行多样化经营;发挥地缘、人缘优势,发展边境贸易;发挥旅游资源优势,大力开发旅游产业;重视人力资本投资,鼓励科技制度创新。
