The Flow of Knowledge in the Firm''''s Autonomously Technological Innovation

Drawing insights from current researches about the autonomously technological innovation, the author aims to analyze the knowledge flow integration mechanisms in the process of the innovation. Through an analysis of the firm's knowledge repository, and of the connections between knowledge and the technological innovation process, the author investigates in some detail the knowledge flow between the firm's knowledge repository and the technological innovation process, and the vertical and horizontal flow of knowledge in the innovation process. It is presented that the organizational culture, structure, and information technology are the three most important drivers for the firm's internal and external knowledge flow.
