摘    要:教师的自我专业意识是其专业发展的起点与源泉。事实上,最终焕发教师生命活力的是教师自身,教师应清醒地认识到:自己不仅是专业发展的对象,更是自身专业发展的主人。为此,教师应自觉承担起专业发展的主要责任,注重培养自我教育意识、培育专业理想、提升专业精神、增强批判与反思能力,在充满生机的专业发展历程中提升与完善自我。
