辣椒不同发育时期的同工酶研究

摘    要:利用聚丙烯酰胺垂直板电泳技术对5个辣椒品种9个发育期的过氧化物酶同工酶、超氧化物歧化酶同工酶和酯酶同工酶进行了研究.发现不同发育时期3种酶的同工酶酶谱均有不同程度的变化.过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱在五层花序期最丰富,共有11条酶带,而在双叶期和四叶期,未检测到过氧化物同工酶酶带;超氧化物歧化酶酶谱在二层花序期最丰富,共有9条酶带,而在双叶期酶带数最少,仅为3条;酯酶同工酶酶谱在六层花序期最丰富,共有6条酶带,在六叶期和二层花序期酶带数最少,只有1条.通过分析这3种同工酶的总酶谱,找到了区分5个辣椒品种的标志性酶带.

Abstract:Peroxidase isoenzymes, superoxide dismutase isoenzymes and esterase isoenzymes of 5 varieties of capsicums were studied by using PAGE in 9 developmental stages. The result showed that, in different stages, the isoenzyme patterns of peroxidase, superoxide dismutase and esterase varied to different degrees. The peroxide isoenzyme pattern was the richest in the fifth layer inflorescence stage, with a total of 11 enzyme hands. No enzyme bands were observed in the two leaves stage and the four leaves stage. The richest pattern of superoxide dismutase isoenzyme was found in the second layer inflorescence stage, and the total of enzyme bands was 9. The least enzyme bands of superoxide dismutase isoenzyme came with two leaf stage with a total of 3. The esterase isoenzyme pattern showed the richest in the sixth layer inflorescence stage. A total of 6 enzyme bands were found, but only one was screened in the six leave stage and the second layer inflorescence. According to the isoenzyme patterns, marker isozymie bands were found to distinguish these 5 varieties of Capsicums.
