AOD冶炼脱碳过程的非等间隔灰色优化模型研究

摘    要:针对AOD冶炼中脱碳过程存在很多不确定因素,且终点控制仍借助经验来判断等问题,对高碳铬铁AOD法降碳试验中的脱碳过程建立了非等间隔序列的灰色优化模型.仿真结果表明,非等间隔序列的灰色优化模型能够很好地对碳含量进行终点预测,而且模型具有较高的预测精度,显示出其在冶金方面具有的明显优势和巨大潜力.

Abstract:There are many indefinite factors influencing the decarburization process in AOD smelting, and the endpoint control is carried out by experience. Aiming at these problems, the authors gave the non-equidistance GOM for the decarburization process of high carbon ferro-chrome during the AOD smelting, and simulation was done, showing that the non-equidistance GOM can predict the end-point carbon content with high precision. The simulation demonstrates that the non-equidistance GOM has obvious advantage and enormous potential for application in metallurgy.
