汽车传动轴高速状态下的动平衡

摘    要:本文就汽车传动轴高速状态下的动平衡方法进行探索,提出一种将三面校正简化为二面校正,且将校正面由任意选择改变为最佳选择的新方法,并通过计算机模拟和计算作出验证.文中还给出在转子试验台上进行有关模拟试验的结果.

Abstract:Taking into account the characteristic that the working rpm of high speed axle shaft of automobile approaches but is not equal to its first-order critical rpm, the authors suggest a new dynamic balance method. Instead of arbitrarily selecting the correct plane as is usually done, it is selected optimally. The rigid correction in two planes is performed on a low speed dynamic balance machine. It is proved by both computer calculation and simulation test that, when type EQ-140 axle shaft is rotated at 0.8 times of its critical speed, all balance standards for flexible rotor are met with the largest probability.
