| 摘 要： | 该文根据多碱光电阴极的光谱响应理论表达式对Ｓ２５系列阴极（Ｓ２５１，Ｓ２５２，Ｎｅｗ Ｓ２５，Ｓｕｐｅｒ Ｓ２５）的光谱响应曲线进行了计算机模拟，得到了这些阴极的有关特性的内在机理与可能采用的工艺处理方法。

| Abstract: | In this paper, according to the spectral response formular of multialkali photocathode, the spectral responses of S 25 series photocathodes (S 251 , S 252 , New S 25 , and Super S 25 ) are simulated and some characteristic parameters are obtained. Through analyzing the results of the simulation, the internal mechanism of good properties possessed by S 25 series photocathodes (especially by Super S 25 ) is exposed, and some technological processing methods are expounded. |
