摘    要:介绍一种用于双顶置凸轮轴式发动机的采用两级谐波传动的新型进气凸轮轴调相机构。它由输入刚轮(正时带轮)、柔轮、输出刚轮(与进气凸轮轴联接)、固定波发生器、动波发生器和步进电机等组成。用步进电机驱动动波发生器可改变输出、输入刚轮的相对位置,从而改变进气相位。该机构能在很大角度范围内,以小步长实现多级调相,轴向尺寸小,转动惯量小,控制驱动功率小。200h试验表明,该机构工作可靠,能够准确地根据控制信号进行凸轮轴的调相。

Abstract:A new camshaft-phasing mechanism with twin harmonic drives is described and illustrated,which can be adopted to DOHC(double overhead camshaft) engines.The set-up consists mainly of an input circular spline rigidly connected to the drive pulley,a flexspline,an output circular spline attached to the camshaft,a fix.ed wave generator,a rotatable wave generator and a stepper motor.The angular position of the output circular spline relative to the input circular spline,which determines the camshaft phase,may be changed or kept constant by controlling the stepper motor to register the rotatable wave generator.The advantages of this mechanism include multistage phase adjustment with a small-Pterval over a wide range,conpactness,small mass moment of inertia,high efficiency and low power supply requirement.The 200 hours test shows that the mechanism is reliable and accurate in camshaft phase adjustment according to control map.
