谈谈科学发展观

近年来发展问题越来越受到人们的关注。党的十六届三中全会提出了“坚持以人为本，树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观，促进经济社会和人的全面发展”，十六届四中全会上对“科学发展观”这一提法给予明确论述。科学发展观既是我国社会主义现代化建设和整个人类社会统一协调发展的指导理论，也是我们党所必须坚持的执政理念。我们必须始终坚持科学发展这样的战略思路，促进人与自然、人与社会、人与人之间的全面协调发展。

Talk About the Scientific Development View

In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to development problem by people. The Third Plenary Session of the 16th Party Central Committee has proposed "Insist on people first , establish overall, coordinate, sustainable development view ", "promote the economic society and people's overall development ".This formulation of "scientific development view " is defined and described at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th Party Central Committee. Scientific development view is not only guiding theory of our socialist modernization construction and the development of whole human society in harmony, but also the idea our party must insist on in power. So, we must have such a strategic thought of "scientific development view " all the time , promote the development between people and nature, people and society, and among people in an all-round way.
