| 摘 要： | 针对TD57版本3(TAP3)基于ASN．1的二进制数据结构，定义的电讯业务中漫游数据文件交换的格式标准，不能直接被编码和解码程序使用。通过分析TD57的词法关键字及其关系，给出了将TD57转换为编码和解码程序使用的向导数据结构算法，通过电讯业务实践验证新算法使编码和解码程序与标准TD57互相独立：基于此开发了TAP3的编码和解码程序，由于编码和解码程序直接以此结构为向导，它更易于应用和维护。
