应用微机技术实测轴承润滑状态的研究

摘    要:本文介绍一种用应变片实测轴承内部的润滑状态及其测试仪器。文章首先对应变技术测量轴承润滑膜的理论、试验装置、微机软硬件作了较为详细的介绍。还实测了几种润滑剂的轴承润滑膜厚度,并同理论计算结果进行比较。试验表明,采用本文介绍的实测方法和仪器,能较准确地判断轴承内部的润滑状态。

Abstract:This paper introduces a method of measuring the lubricant condition in rolling element bearings directly with strain gage and the instrument used. In order to illustrate this measuring method and the instrument,the theory of measuring lubricant film in rolling element bearings using strain technique, test apparatus,microcomputer hardware,as well as software of the flowchat in mainprogram and each subprogram for the completion of the whole experimental process are first described in detail. In addition,the lubricant film thickness is also measured for several different lubricants and compared with the theoretical result.It is demonstrated by practice that using actual measuring method and the instrument introduced in this paper the lubricant condition inside bearings can be judged accuratelv.
