包铜退火和淬火对浅蓝色粉末ACEL的影响

摘    要:本文研究了包铜退火和淬火对浅蓝色粉末ACEL的影响。发现包铜退火,淬火和不包铜退火都可使发光的稳定性得到改善。淬火和不包铜退火处理的材料的亮度大大下降。采用包铜后退火,亮度只有很小的下降,是制备浅蓝色粉末ACEl材料最实用的方法。通过研完不同退火温度处理的材料的亮度,发现浅蓝色材料和绿色材料内在结构的差异。

Abstract:The effect of copper-coating annealing and quenching on the brightness and lifetime of light-blue ACEL powder was investigated in this paper. It was found that Cu-coating annealing, quenching and annealing without Cu-coating all could improve the lifetime of ACEL powder.The brightness of the material treated by quenching and no-Cu-coating annealing was great reduced.The brightness of the Cu-coating annealing was reduced a little.So it is evidenced that Cu-coating annealing is the effective way for preparing light-blue ACEL material .The different properties betweenn blue and green material was found by studing the brightness of treated material in different annealing temperture.
